There is a chance that Stanford could replace their game against Washington State but right now it doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen, according to Stewart Mandel of The Athletic:
The Pac-12 can't catch a break. Two games canceled yet again, and the two unaffected teams, Colorado and Stanford … just played each other last week. https://t.co/2M0yOV1L9i

With these games canceled, Washington State will get a chance to beat rival Washington next Friday night at 10:30 p.m. ET. Stanford gets Cal next Friday at 4:30 p.m. ET.
Stanford released a statement saying they explored a replacement opponent, but doesn’t expect to find one.
From Stanford: "Stanford Athletics has explored alternative options to replace Washington State and at this time does not expect to be able to fill the opening. The program will turn its attention to Cal and the 123rd Big Game next Friday."
