Kickoff times and broadcast information for three upcoming Week 6 Big Ten games have been announced.
- The Michigan Wolverines are traveling to Maryland Dec. 5 for a 3:30 ET kick against the Terrapins.
- The Indiana Hoosiers will be in Madison Dec. 5 to play the Wisconsin Badgers, kick at 3:30 ET
- The Michigan State Spartans are at home Dec. 5 to host the Ohio State Buckeyes, kick Noon ET
December 5 has been scheduled as the league’s penultimate weekend, with December 12th the original date by which each team would complete eight regular season games.
Covid-19 protocols have forced the cancellations of multiple games and it has become an impossibility that every team in the conference will have played eight games before being seeded for the league’s one-off Champions Week, hosted Dec. 19, in which mirror seeds from the East and West Divisions will play their equal from the other side of the bracket to close out the campaign.
The Big Ten Championship game will be staged Dec. 19 as the capstone event to the day’s games. Boy, 2020 sure is strange, isn’t it?
