Minnesota becomes latest B1G program to troll Nebraska after taking down Huskers

Minnesota rode a hot start and another big performance by running back Mohamed Ibrahim to a win over Nebraska.
Entering Saturday’s contest, the Gophers were a nine-point underdog to the Huskers. That did not play out as Minnesota had runs of 10 points and 14 points in the 24-17 win.
The big star was Ibrahim with 20 carries for 108 yards and two touchdowns. He scored the last touchdown for the Gophers and also helped ice the game away with clutch runs to run off the clock.
After the game, Minnesota couldn’t resist following Illinois’ example of trolling the Huskers. Check it out:

And here’s a screenshot of the message should Minnesota feel guilty about the vicious troll job and delete the tweet:
Minnesota now has back-to-back wins over the Huskers and three out of the last four for P.J. Fleck’s squad. The win also pushes the Gophers to .500 at 3-3 this season with a shot to get to a winning record in Champions Week.
