Every schedule has those “Circle Games” that everyone looks forward to.

For Ohio State, the game against Michigan is always one of those games, and this season due to COVID-19 cases within the Wolverines program, the date will remain blank for 2020.

For outgoing seniors, missing a rivalry game is particularly hard.

Ohio State’s Jonathon Cooper, a graduate defensive end for the Buckeyes didn’t mince words when expressing his feelings about the cancellation.

Cooper, who was relatively quiet during the Buckeyes 52-12 win over Michigan State, came off a standout showing against Indiana in the game prior. Cooper had a tackle, a sack, and a handful of hurries for the Buckeyes during a tight 42-35 victory over the Hoosiers.

Ohio State will take on Northwestern in the Big Ten Championship Game on Saturday, Dec. 19 at 11:00AM.
