The biggest weekend of college football yet comes in just a few days with all of the Power 5 conference championship games.
All of these games feature to be outstanding and ESPN’s FPI is already predicting who will win each game.
According to the FPI, Ohio State has a 90.9% chance of beating Northwestern on Saturday. This isn’t unexpected as Buckeyes quarterback Justin Fields has thrashed every team he has played this season and he is projected to have a big game Saturday as well.
For the SEC Championship, Alabama has an 89% chance of beating Florida and it likely would have been lower if Florida had beaten LSU this past Saturday. If the Crimson Tide win (like Ohio State), they will likely get to the College Football Playoff.
The ACC Championship is projected to be a bit closer, though the FPI gives Clemson a 70.7% chance to beat Notre Dame. The two teams already played this season (without Trevor Lawrence starting for Clemson), with the Fighting Irish emerging victorious in overtime at South Bend.
For the Pac-12, USC has a 56.9% chance of beating Oregon, which is the closest of all the championship games.
Finally in the Big 12, Oklahoma has a 66.5% chance of winning the conference outright.
All of the championships get started Friday night with the Pac-12 contest. The B1G Championship will kick Saturday at 12 pm EST on FOX.
