Tom Allen had three reasons to be excited on Thursday night.
That’s because his defense intercepted three passes in Indiana’s 34-13 win over FIU in Miami.
Indiana’s first touchdown of the contest came on a 34-yard interception returned by Rashard Fant, giving the Hoosiers a 12-3 in the second quarter. Late in the game with the Hoosiers up 27-13, Tegray Scales took an interception 16 yards for a score to seal the victory.
Allen couldn’t hide his excitement after Scales’ touchdown.

Junior Ben Bach notched Indiana’s third interception of the contest with 27 seconds left in the game.
At halftime, the Hoosiers led FIU 12-10, with half of those points coming from Fant’s touchdown scamper.
