Gophers’ Hardin suspended vs. Indiana State

After tallying six tackles and two pass break-ups against Oregon State last Thursday, sophomore cornerback KiAnte Hardin will miss this today’s game against Indiana State.

Just 30 minutes before kickoff, the news was reported that Hardin was suspended for today’s game due to a violation of team rules. There had been multiple reports that the sophomore was missing from pregame activities throughout the morning. News finally game of the suspension around 11:30 am ET.

Hardin totaled 13 tackles last season and was named Minnesota’s Outstanding Defensive Freshman of the Year.

The Gophers are schedule to kickoff with the Sycamores at 12:00 pm ET.
