A B1G program is reportedly in the mix for Nebraska transfer Wan’Dale Robinson

When former Nebraska wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson entered the NCAA transfer portal, it’s possible many Big Ten schools thought they’d no longer have to worry about him being a threat in the conference any longer.
However, it appears Robinson may be heading to a different Big Ten West school. After preliminary speculation pointed to Robinson heading back to his home state of Kentucky for the Wildcats, it appears that Purdue has made a major push to try and sneak in and get this highly-coveted wideout.

This is the second time Kentucky has had a shot at Robinson. The Frankfurt, Kentucky, native originally committed to the Wildcats before being part of the Huskers’ Class of 2019.
Robinson played both seasons he was eligible in Lincoln. The four-star recruit and top recruit from the Bluegrass state brought in 40 catches while setting school freshman records for receptions and receiving yards.
This past season, Robinson was successful once again as he caught 51 passes for 461 yards. When he announced his decision to transfer, it revolved around his mother and her struggles with COVID-19 and multiple sclerosis. Though Purdue isn’t in his home state, it’s a neighboring state and significantly closer than Lincoln.
