Maybe it’s something about the Nebraska defense that brings out the best in Clayton Thorson.
After the Northwestern quarterback totaled a career-high 126 yards rushing against the Huskers last year, Thorson is off to a similar start this year.
He ripped off this 42-yard touchdown for the game’s first touchdown.
Thorson and Tommy Armstrong are their teams’ leading rushers to this point. If history is any indication, Thorson might have one or two of those up his sleeve.
