Former Nebraska offensive lineman Will Farniok has found a new home.
On Friday, the ex-Husker tweeted out that he has committed to the University of Tulsa. His pledge comes a few weeks after entering his name into the NCAA transfer portal. Farniok spent three seasons at Nebraska before exploring his options elsewhere.
“I am excited to announce my commitment to the University of Tulsa,” Farniok wrote on Twitter.

Farniok was a 3-star member of Nebraska’s 2018 recruiting class. He did not see any action in his first year in Lincoln and utilized the 2018 season as a redshirt year. He played in four games over the next two seasons, making just one appearance in 2020 — the season opener against Ohio State.
Because of the NCAA’s blanket waiver for all fall student-athletes during the 2020-21 academic year, Farniok will still have three years of eligibility remaining as a redshirt sophomore.
Tulsa ended the 2020 campaign with a 6-3 record.
