Once again, Ohio State will be without Kyle Young.
Sunday morning, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reported that Young will miss today’s championship game against Illinois to close out the 2021 B1G Tournament. The senior forward did not play in Saturday’s semifinal contest against Michigan. Ohio State won the game 68-67.
Young was injured in the second half of the Buckeyes’ quarterfinal game against Purdue. He departed the game after taking an inadvertent elbow from Boilermaker big man Trevion Williams and did not return.
