Big money on the Buckeyes: Bettor puts massive amount on Ohio State to win NCAA Tournament

At least one big-time bettor is rooting especially hard for Ohio State during March Madness. The individual has placed a major wager on the Buckeyes to win it all.
CBS SportsLine reported that one bettor at William Hill has placed a $100,000 bet on Ohio State to bring a national title back to Columbus. At +2000, a Buckeye title would result in the individual winning $2 million.
Talk about March Madness.

Ohio State finished the season with a 21-9 record and earned a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament. The Buckeyes were close to winning this year’s B1G Tournament title at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, but lost a 91-88 overtime game to Illinois.
Still, Chris Holtmann’s team has the depth, experience and inside-outside game to be a nightmare matchup for several teams in college basketball. There’s no question the Buckeyes are capable of a big run.
The tournament run for Ohio State is underway, as the Buckeyes are taking on No. 15 seed Oral Roberts in Round 1.
