NFL commissioner expecting full stadiums for 2021 season

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has high hopes for attendance for the upcoming season.
According to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the commissioner said his expectations for attendance for the 2021 NFL season is to have stadiums at full capacity. Last year, limited attendance was allowed at league games because of the pandemic.
With increased accessibility to vaccinations and the NFL season still five months away, there’s a good chance that league venues see a seriously increased capacity for the 2021 season. No guarantees have been made, however.

Last year, the NFL moved forward with the draft and a full regular season despite the pandemic. The season turned out to be a success, as some franchises allowed fans and a full schedule was played, along with the playoffs and Super Bowl.
There may still be some issues with state and local governments regarding attendance policies, but there will likely be some that also aim for full attendance for the upcoming year.
