Another highly-ranked prospect in the 2022 recruiting class is considering Ohio State as a potential landing spot. Shocking, right?
Wednesday, 4-star offensive lineman Addison Nichols revealed his Top 5 with a post on Twitter. The Buckeyes are firmly in the mix, along with Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and USC. The 6-foot-5, 305-pound tackle from Georgia trimmed his list down from 30 total offers on the recruiting trail.

According to 247Sports, Nichols is just outside one of the Top 100 prospects in the class, coming in at No. 103. He’s listed as a Top 3 player at his position and the No. 12 talent from Georgia.
Multiple B1G programs offered Nichols, including Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Penn State and Purdue. Ohio State was the only one from the league to land on the list of finalists.
Ohio State currently owns the nation’s second-best recruiting class and sits atop the B1G.
