Kwity Paye is wearing a special suit on Draft Day.

Before the 2021 NFL Draft started, Tyler Tynes of GQ Magazine shared images of the special suit Paye was wearing for Thursday night’s first-round event. The former Michigan defensive end is wearing a suit inspired by the superhero Black Panther, who was played by the late Chadwick Boseman.

“Kwity Paye told me earlier today that Chadwick Boseman being the first Black superhero meant the world to him, so his draft suit reflected that,” Tynes tweeted. “Suit was made by former Packers player Adonis Jennings.”

Paye is a projected first-round selection in this year’s draft. He’s expected to land somewhere between the No. 10 and No. 20 picks, though anything can happen on draft night.

Last season, Paye played in four games for the Wolverines, totaling 16 tackles with 4 for loss and 2 sacks. In his four-year career in Ann Arbor, the defensive end piled up 97 stops, 23.5 tackles for loss and 11.5 sacks.
