The Associated Press came out with its Week 2 top-25 poll this afternoon and the team making the biggest leap up into the rankings was Wisconsin, who went from being unranked in the preseason poll all the way up to No. 10. The LSU Tigers, who were ranked No. 5 in the preseason poll, fell to No. 21 after the loss.

There are five Big Ten teams in the AP’s Week 2 top-25 with all of them placing within the top-16.

No. 3 Florida State

No. 4 Ohio State

No. 5 Michigan

No. 6 Houston

No. 7 Stanford

No. 10 Wisconsin

No. 14 Oklahoma

In the other’s receiving votes category, one team received other votes – Nebraska, with 13. For the B1G, Ohio State and Michigan both moved up two spots.

Wisconsin went from unranked to No. 10, Michigan State stayed at No. 12 and Iowa moved up one slot, to No. 16.
