2022 college football season games are right around the corner! With the calendar officially flipping to August on Monday, we are now in the month when college football will kickoff in just a few weeks.

While most teams will get the 2022 season started in Week 1 from Sept. 1-3, a select few teams will start the action in “Week 0.” This season, Week 0 will take part on Aug. 27.

Sports Betting in Big Ten Country

In the B1G, 3 teams will take part in Week 0 with a B1G West conference clash going down in Ireland. Northwestern and Nebraska face each other “across the pond” in Dublin while Illinois will face Wyoming at home.

Here is the schedule for those B1G games:

  • Nebraska vs. Northwestern – 12:30 pm EST, FOX
  • Wyoming at Illinois – 4 pm EST, BTN

Outside of the B1G, there will be 9 additional FBS games in Week 0. Here is that schedule:

  • Idaho State at UNLV – 3:30 pm, CBS SN
  • UConn at Utah State – 4 pm, FS1

  • Florida A&M at UNC – 8:15 pm, ACC Network
  • North Texas at UTEP – 9 pm, none
  • Vanderbilt at Hawai’i – 10:30 pm, CBS SN
