Selection Sunday has arrived. One of the greatest days of the sports year is finally knocking on the door.

Sunday evening, 68 teams will be selected to participate in the 2022 NCAA Tournament and compete for a national championship. Some teams are comfortably in, regardless of what happens throughout the day on Sunday.

Other teams are sitting at home, chewing fingernails and clinging to their luck rabbit’s foot hoping to sneak in. While this day is incredibly fun, it can also be fairly stressful.
