With the 2022 NFL Draft right around the corner, analysts continue to drop their picks for the top players available on draft night.

FOX analyst Joel Klatt joined the fray recently while unveiling his top 50 players in the draft. He concluded that list with a star-studded top 10 that included Ohio State’s Garrett Wilson and Michigan’s Aidan Hutchinson.

Klatt slotted Wilson at No. 7 overall and as the top WR available:

“(He’s) generally considered the best WR in the draft,” Klatt explained. “Runs great routes folks. Garrett Wilson is such a weapon down the field and Ryan Day used him accordingly…this guy is a technician on the outside. One of the guys I love to watch and I love to cover.

“By the way: it helps when you have that precision in your route running and you also run sub-4.4 in your 40.”

Concluding his list, Klatt tabbed Hutchinson as the top player available and just barely edging out Notre Dame safety Kyle Hamilton. One of the things that Klatt believes sets Hutchinson apart is his leadership.

“Folks, Michigan doesn’t have the year that they had without Aidan Hutchinson,” Klatt said. “This guy was the energizer bunny. He set the tone for the culture in the offseason…after the QB, great in the run game, passionate with his teammates, great leadership. I love Aidan Hutchinson, and that’s why he’s going to be your top player overall.”
