2023 4-star safety recruit out of Ohio announces commitment date
Class of 2023 safety Malik Hartford has revealed when he plans on committing to a school to play college football. He has offers from some B1G schools, including: Ohio State, Michigan, and Michigan State.
The 4-star recruit attends Lakota West High School in West Chester, Ohio. He is the No.154 overall, No. 11 safety, and No. 4 recruit from Ohio per the 247Sports Composite. Hartford is 6-foot-3, 175 pounds.

Hartford announced his decision from his Twitter account on Thursday morning.

The other finalists for Hartford’s signature are West Virginia, Notre Dame, Kentucky, and Cincinnati. If Hartford picks the Buckeyes, it would be their 2nd safety commit from the class of 2023. He would be the 1st safety to commit to Michigan or Michigan State if he ends up going to either of those schools.
