2023 recruiting class is a phrase that B1G fans are still thinking about. We are almost halfway through the 2022 regular season.
There has been some jumps in the rankings since September. Ohio State has moved up after having the No. 6 overall class last month. On the other hand, some teams have not gained much ground on the recruiting trail.
Recruits are getting to see more and more of the B1G schools that they are looking at as the season goes on. This is especially true now that B1G play is underway for nearly everyone in the conference.
This is how the 247Sports Composite is ranking every B1G team’s 2023 recruiting class in the month of October:
- No. 3 – Ohio State
- No. 12 – Penn State
- No. 23 – Michigan State
- No. 27 Northwestern
- No. 28 – Michigan
- No. 29 – Iowa
- No. 38 – Purdue
- No. 40 – Minnesota
- No. 46 – Maryland
- No. 48 – Nebraska
- No. 49 – Rutgers
- No. 56 – Wisconsin
- No. 57 – Illinois
- No. 68- Indiana
There are some fans that may be surprised with how well their team is doing so far in October. There is still plenty of time to make up some ground, however.
