Michigan is facing Purdue in the B1G title game on Saturday. 247Sports’ Josh Pate talked about how he thinks the game will go.

Michigan will be heavily favored in the matchup considering its 12-0 record on No. 2 College Football Playoff Ranking. Pate doesn’t see much trouble ahead for the Wolverines against the Boilermakers.

“There will be no letdown. Michigan is too professional a program to allow themselves to get letdown. Last season they played Ohio State in the snow, then they undressed Iowa the next week. Do you think they went through what they went through last week to lay down? You’re crazy.”

Pate doesn’t think that Purdue has much of a chance in this game. Michigan is far too balanced offensively for the Boilermakers to do anything, according to Pate.

“What can Purdue takeaway? That’s a question I still don’t have an answer for. I think Michigan is too balanced offensively. Coming into last week maybe some people would have made the argument if you can limit the run or if they’re banged up, then you can trust yourself against J.J. McCarthy and company.”

We’ll see if Pate’s predictions come true. The B1G title is on the line this Saturday at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
