The player is Fredrick Moore, a 6-feet and 175 lb. receiver out of Cardinal Ritter College Prep in St. Louis, Missouri. Moore dropped his top 5 programs on Friday with Illinois, Michigan and Minnesota making the cut. Texas A&M and Cincinnati were the other programs included.

According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Moore is a 3-star recruit for the class of 2023. He is also rated as the No. 12 player out of the state of Missouri and the 61st WR nationally for the cycle.
