College football has become an arms race. Over the past two decades, there’s been a growing emphasis of improving facilities on campuses across the country in an effort to help attract some of the top players in every recruiting class.

Some schools have it better than others, though.

This week, 247Sports writer Brad Crawford evaluated the facilities across college football, creating a Top 25 list. A total of 4 B1G teams were included in his rankings: Illinois, Michigan, Northwestern and Ohio State.

Ohio State had the highest-ranked facility in the B1G, coming in at No. 6 nationally. Northwestern was slated in the No. 9 spot. Michigan was No. 14 and Illinois was in at No. 20.

Here is a look at just some of the images of those four facilities:

With programs continually competing with each other, the facilities races will never truly end. That means this type of Top 25 list will continually change as teams refurbish, reconstruct and renew facilities in the years to come.
