The Hoosier choice seems like an obvious one. His brother, Tiawan Mullen, currently plays in Bloomington. Tiawan, a sophomore defensive back, was on the Chuck Bednarik Award Watch List heading into this season. This season, he has 36 tackles, a forced fumble and three interceptions.
Trevell, who hails from Pompano Beach, Florida, is a four-star recruit, per 247Sports. He’s considered to be the 29th best cornerback in the Class of 2022 and the 31st best prospect out of Florida.
It appears that the Hoosiers and Nittany Lions were the only Big Ten teams offer Trevell. According to 247, Indiana is using Brandon Shelby to recruit Trevell. Some of the other schools to offer Trevell include West Virginia, Kentucky and Oregon.
