Jayvant Brown, a 6-foot, 220-pound linebacker out of Deerfield Beach, Florida, announced the 7 schools he’s still considering for his commitment. The prospect in the 2023 class has 3 B1G teams in the mix: Michigan, Ohio State and Penn State.

Brown is one of the top linebacker prospects in the 2023 class, ranked No. 13 at his position for the cycle. Nationally, Brown comes in at No. 176 and is the No. 31 player out of Florida.

So far, 17 schools have offered Brown on the recruiting front. Other B1G schools who did not make the final cut include Indiana, Maryland and Minnesota.

According to 247Sports, Brown totaled 51 tackles with 16 for loss and 3 sacks during the 2020 season. His statistics for the 2021 season were not provided.
