It’s that time of year.
Actually, recruiting is a 365 days a year topic. On Wednesday night, Isaiah Foskey — a 4-star TE from Concord, Calif. — announced his top 5. Foskey is in the Class of 2019 and ranks as the No. 6 TE in the country according to 247Sports.

Both Ohio State and Michigan made Foskey’s list, along with Notre Dame, Washington and California. The Golden Bears certainly have a home-field advantage for the 6-foot-5 play-makers, but the other 4 are extremely quality programs.
Foskey ranks as the No. 22 player in the state of California and No. 172 overall nationally. As of Foskey’s announcement, Ohio State owns the No. 12 class nationally for 2019 and No. 1 class in the Big Ten. Michigan is directly behind, at No. 13 nationally and No. 2 in the Big Ten.
Both the Buckeyes and Wolverines have one 3-star TE verbally committed in the class.
