Three B1G teams have found themselves in the mix for one of the best tight end prospects in the 2023 recruiting class.
Wednesday, 4-star tight end Riley Williams revealed the Top 8 schools he’s still considering for his pledge. He is including Michigan, Michigan State and Ohio State out of the B1G. The other 5 teams are Alabama, LSU, Miami (FL), Ole Miss and Oregon.

The Portland native ranks as the No. 74 overall prospect in the 2023 class, per 247Sports rankings. He is also listed as the No. 4 tight end of the cycle and the top player out of Oregon.
Williams is listed at 6-foot-6, 230 pounds. He trimmed his list down to 8 programs after receiving 22 offers on the recruiting trail. Below are some of Williams’ high school highlights:
