James Monds III is down to 13 programs, the cornerback seeing his national recruitment take another step forward with the release of a cutdown on Sunday.

The three-star cornerback out of Fort Pierce, FL has offers from some of the best schools in the nation. Monds’ list of 13 programs includes Clemson along with Indiana, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Penn State, and Wisconsin among others.
