The 2022 NFL Draft in Las Vegas, NV, in April is closer than you think. The B1G football season is over, but now prospects across B1G country will try and up their draft stock throughout the next 3 months.

In the most recent projections, one player from the B1G looks like he will be the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s upcoming draft. DE Aidan Hutchinson, who decided to come back for one more season, drastically improved his draft stock.

Todd McShay has come out with his latest 1st-round rankings, and here is where the 8 B1G prospects stand:

  • No. 9 WR Garrett Wilson Ohio State
  • No. 11 DE/LB David Ojabo Michigan
  • No. 13 C Tyler Linderbaum Iowa
  • No. 19 DE George Karlaftis Purdue
  • No. 22 WR Chris Olave Ohio State
  • No. 24 WR Jahan Dotson Penn State
  • No. 32 OT Nicolas Petit-Frere

By the time we get to April, there might be even more B1G players projected to go drafted in the first night. These players were outstanding during the 2021 B1G football season, and they all deserve to be celebrated come draft weekend in Las Vegas in late April.
