The 2021 college football season continues to be weird.
Another Top 5 team fell over the weekend, as unranked Purdue toppled No. 2 Iowa 24-7 at Kinnick Stadium on Saturday. The thorn that is Jeff Brohm’s Boilermakers continued to stick into the side of Kirk Ferentz’s program.
Iowa wasn’t the only ranked squad to fall to an unranked foe. No. 18 Arizona State was defeated by Utah, Baylor knocked off No. 19 BYU, LSU outlasted No. 20 Florida and Auburn clobbered No. 17 Arkansas.
You know what that means? Changes are coming.
