A look at the B1G basketball standings entering the first week in February
The first week of February has arrived, meaning we’re deep into the B1G basketball season and March Madness is quickly approaching.
Obviously, the 2020-21 basketball season looks a little bit different than most seasons. Not only are there no fans attending games in B1G arenas this year, but some teams have had to battle postponements, cancellations and long delays throughout the course of the season.
For the most part, though, we’ve been able to see the best teams in the conference separate from the rest of the pack. With about a month left in the regular season, Michigan is leading the way in the B1G, with Illinois, Ohio State, Iowa, Purdue and Wisconsin all still in contention for a regular season title — for now.
Here’s an updated look at the B1G regular season standings as we begin the month of February.
