A way-too-early look at the B1G 2023 recruiting rankings
The 2022 recruiting cycle ended just a week ago. Coaches have hardly had time to close the book on that class but are already looking ahead to the top prospects in 2023.
Some programs in the B1G do a good portion of their recruiting early while others get a lot of work done during the spring and summer months. It’s always interesting to see how much things change over the course of a year.
It’s way-too-early to dissect any recruiting classes at this stage in the game, but why not take a look at how B1G teams currently stand in the rankings for the 2023 cycle?
So far, 13 B1G programs have at least one verbal commitment on the board — with Illinois being the lone outlier. Eight teams have received at least two pledges.
