The AP Men’s Basketball poll is getting updated with a new top 25 released Monday afternoon. Once again, there is a shake-up at the top of the poll.

Purdue — previously anchored into the No. 1 overall spot — fell following another loss over the weekend. This time, the Boilermakers fell on the road to Northwestern while scoring 58 points and shooting just 22.7% from 3-point range.

Matt Painter’s squad has now lost 2 of its last 3 games with Purdue’s lead in the B1G down to 2.5 games ahead of Indiana and Northwestern. Fortunately, it is far from a sky is falling type of stretch with both losses coming to NCAA Tournament-bound squads.

Elsewhere on the poll, Indiana has firmly rebounded from its early-season struggles and is climbing back into the top 15. Mike Woodson’s Hoosiers landed at No. 14 on the latest AP Poll and maintain an outside shot at a share of the regular-season B1G title.

Here’s how the full AP Top 25 looks heading into Valentine’s Day:
