AP Men's Basketball Poll, Feb. 6: B1G lands 3 teams on updated top 25 rankings
The AP Men’s Basketball Poll is getting updated for the week of Feb. 6 without a change at the top of the rankings.
Despite a loss to Indiana on Saturday, Purdue maintains its grip on the No. 1 spot in the country. Meanwhile, the Hoosiers moved up 3 spots to No. 18 after the upset win while Rutgers re-enters the top 25 at No. 24 in the country.
Houston, Alabama, Arizona and Texas rounded out the top 5. Tennessee — previously the No. 2 team in the country — fell to No. 6.
