The latest AP Men’s Basketball Poll is out with Purdue making a move to reclaim the top spot.
Following a loss to Rutgers, the Boilermakers had dropped from their No. 1 ranking. However, Purdue has rattled off 6 straight wins since that loss to improve to 19-1 on the season.
Alabama — making a jump to No. 2 — along with Houston and Tennessee round out the top 4. Kansas dropped 7 spots to No. 9 following back-to-back losses to Kansas State and TCU.
In terms of the B1G, Purdue was the only team featured in the top 25. Indiana was just outside the top 25 and led 5 teams from the conference in the “others receiving votes” section.
