AP Poll Week 5: Big Ten has 3 teams listed in latest top 25 rankings
The Week 5 AP Top 25 poll is here!
A total of 3 B1G teams – Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State– cracked the latest poll Sunday afternoon following a good week for the Big Ten conference. Maryland and Wisconsin also received votes.
Michigan (2) stayed put while Ohio State rose 2 spots to No. 4 and Penn State rose one spot to No. 6 following wins over Notre Dame and Iowa, respectively.
There are a few shocks in this one. For one, Florida State moved down to No. 5 despite its massive ACC road win over Clemson. For another, Washington is sitting at No. 7 despite annihilating every team they’ve played so far this season.
