AP Preseason All-America: B1G leads all conferences in first-team selections
The AP Preseason All-America lists are out with the B1G placing 10 players on the first team! That leads all conferences in the country, with the SEC placing 7 players on the first team.
Ohio State led all B1G teams with 3 players named first-team selections — a pair of receivers and linebacker Tommy Eichenberg. Only defending national champion Georgia had more players on the first team with 4 selections.
Michigan, Penn State and Iowa all had 2 first-team players apiece. Illinois also had a player on the first team.
USC QB Caleb Williams, Ohio State WR Marvin Harrison Jr. and Michigan RB Blake Corum headline the preseason AP All-America team.
