The AP Top 25 for Week 14 has been revealed.

It was a chaotic week in the SEC, as Ole Miss, Alabama and Texas A&M all lost to unranked opposition. That had a significant impact on the AP Top 25 this week.

Ole Miss fell to No. 15 following its loss to Florida in Gainesville. The Rebels were in great position to make the College Football Playoff before that defeat, but will now need some significant help in order to reach the CFP.

Alabama also took a tumble to No. 13 after picking up its third loss of the regular season. Like Ole Miss, Alabama will likely need there to be more upsets in Week 14 in order to have a shot at reaching the CFP.

Texas A&M is in a unique spot as the Aggies still have a path to an automatic berth despite losing to Auburn on Saturday night. The Aggies can clinch a spot in the SEC Championship Game with a win over Texas at home next weekend. Texas A&M dropped to No. 20 in this week’s poll.

Elsewhere in the SEC, Texas is the league’s highest-ranked team at No. 3. Tennessee also moved up to No. 7 following its victory over UTEP on Saturday. South Carolina and Missouri, slotting in at No. 16 and No. 24, respectively, are the only other SEC teams to appear in the poll this week.

In the Big Ten, the poll is still dominated by Oregon and Ohio State in the top 2 spots. The Ducks and Buckeyes will have a rematch in the Big Ten title game in a couple weeks provided that Ohio State can take care of business in The Game this weekend.

Penn State also held on to its top 5 ranking at No. 4 after slipping past Minnesota this week. Indiana, meanwhile dropped from No. 5 to No. 10 after getting blown out by Ohio State in Columbus.

Illinois is the 5th and final Big Ten team to be ranked this week, checking in at No. 22.
