Arkansas State DB leaves game in ambulance after suffering scary injury vs. Coastal Carolina
Arkansas State defensive back Samy Johnson had to be stretchered off the field and was taken away from the game in an ambulance after suffering a scary injury against Coastal Carolina Thursday night.
On the first play of the second half, Johnson was injured while chasing down Coastal Carolina running back Shermari Jones. The Arkansas State defensive back was on the field for awhile after the play and was surrounded by his teammates as he was being placed on a stretcher.
