Austin-area meteorologist trolls Longhorns ahead of matchup with top ranked Alabama
Some pretty funny stuff here.
An Austin-area meteorologist trolled Texas in preparation for the big matchup against Alabama at noon on Saturday. Avery Tomasco – a Texas A&M alum and meteorologist for CBS Austin – delivered the blow with a “flash flood warning” for Saturday stemming from Longhorn sweat and tears.
BREAKING: I know it's early, but I'm expecting a flash flood warning to go into effect at 11 AM on Saturday in Austin.
A mix of longhorn sweat and tears will lead to rapidly rising water levels in DKR. Please plan accordingly! Turn Around, Don't Play Bama #atxwx pic.twitter.com/NMR1d8zXKT

What will he have to say when the Crimson Tide face the Aggies on Oct. 8? Karma could be coming for him soon.
But this weatherman was not done there. He also took a shot at Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers.

His joke was in reference to Ewers getting his car towed after the Longhorns’ 52-10 victory over UL Monroe. It wasn’t clear at the time if Ewers’ Aston Martin, thanks to his NIL deals, was the car in violation Saturday night.
Regardless, this was some good stuff from the weatherman. We shall see if Texas can turn the joke around against the Crimson Tide.
Maybe he will offer an apology if Texas were to pull off the huge upset.
