Week 8 did not disappoint with plenty of fireworks around the B1G!

The week was headlined by the Michigan-Michigan State rivalry and Ohio State’s trip to Purdue. In a formula that continues to pay off, the Wolverines used a tough defense to stifle the Spartans in a 21-7 win. For the Boilermakers, they pulled off the unthinkable with a massive 49-20 upset of the No. 2 ranked Buckeyes.

Some of the other action saw Nebraska capture its first win with Scott Frost and Iowa quietly dominate Maryland 23-0. Things are shaping up for a big finish around the conference this season as both division races remain tight.

Wisconsin: -6 over Northwestern

Penn State: opened at -7.5, now -6 over Iowa

Purdue: opened +1.5 underdog, now -1 over Michigan State

Indiana–Minnesota: Not listed, likely waiting on injury update to Minnesota QB Zack Annexstad

Nebraska-Bethune-Cookman: Not listed.
