B1G basketball is finally upon us. The conference tips off with 12 games on Wednesday.

The B1G features seven teams ranked in the AP Top 25: No. 5 Iowa, No. 7 Wisconsin, No. 8 Illinois, No. 13 Michigan State, No. 23 Ohio State, No. 24. Rutgers, and No. 25 Michigan.

Here’s the 12 contests on opening day in the B1G (all times are CST):

  • McNeese at Nebraska (11 a.m./BTN)
  • North Carolina A&T at No. 8 Illinois (1 p.m./BTN)
  • Illinois State at No. 23 Ohio State (1 p.m./ESPN)
  • Old Dominion at Maryland (1 p.m.)
  • North Carolina Central at No. 5 Iowa (3 p.m./BTN)
  • Bowling Green at No. 25 Michigan (3 p.m./ESPN2)
  • Eastern Michigan at No. 13 Michigan State (5 p.m./BTN)
  • Liberty vs. Purdue (5 p.m./CBSSN)
  • Sacred Heart at No. 24 Rutgers (6 p.m.)
  • Green Bay at Minnesota (6 p.m.)
  • Tennessee Tech at Indiana (7 p.m./BTN)
  • Eastern Illinois at No. 7 Wisconsin (9 p.m./BTN)

Drexel at Penn State has been postponed and Prairie View at Northwestern has been cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns.

B1G play begins Dec. 13 and the conference tournament is slated for March 10-14 from the United Center in Chicago.
