Scheduling a pair of conference games in December has been a strategy the B1G has taken since the 2017-18 season. This will mark the fourth-consecutive year this format has been in place for the conference.
Three years ago, the B1G restructured its conference schedule, increasing the number of league games from 18 to 20. It was a move that most coaches and fans have approved of, having more high-quality and entertaining games on the basketball schedule.
B1G matchups for December will be announced at a later date.
