Iowa beat three ranked teams on the way to the No. 2 ranking in the Associated Press poll.

But an unranked team tripped up the Hawkeyes.

Purdue stunned Iowa 24-7 in Iowa City on Saturday, once again shaking up the order of our Big Ten bowl projections.

It led us right back to where we were when the season started: With Ohio State as the B1G team projected to go to the College Football Playoff.

Yes, we know, OSU lost to Oregon and there are still 2 unbeaten teams left in the league, Michigan and Michigan State. But both of those teams still have to play the Buckeyes, still have to play Penn State — and oh yeah, they still have to play each other, on Oct. 30.

We’re now projecting that OSU runs the table from here, including a win in the B1G Championship Game (probably over Iowa), and that the Buckeyes punch their ticket to the CFP again.

Michigan moves into the Rose Bowl slot and other teams move around accordingly. Also, Purdue lands in our projections after that stunning win, and Northwestern also moves back into the picture after defeating Rutgers, which falls out along with Indiana, where the offense has just disappeared.

As always, these projections reflect where we think these teams will finish in December, now where they stand now.

Now for Week 7 of our B1G bowl projections:
