Pro Football Focus has named its best rookie defensive line in the NFL and all 3 players come from the B1G.

Kwity Paye of the Indianapolis Colts has the highest grade thus far at 76.1, followed by Jonathon Cooper of the Denver Broncos (73.3), and then finally, Odafe Oweh of the Baltimore Ravens has a 68.4 grade.

Paye played at Michigan for his collegiate career and has already made a big impact on the Colts this season. He has 9 total tackles (7 solo) with 1 fumble recovery.

Cooper played at Ohio State and already has 9 total tackles (3 solo).

Oweh played at Penn State and lots of media members said this was a reach for the Ravens, but it’s been anything but that so far. He has 14 total tackles (12 solo) with 3 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery.

We’ll have to see how these grades hold up towards the end of the season.
