When it was all said and done, there were no last-minute surprises. Every B1G player that declared early for the 2016 NFL draft did so publicly before the final list was released on Friday.

In total, 96 underclassmen declared for the NFL draft. That was two short of the record set in 2014 when 98 underclassmen departed early.

To be clear, there were 11 departures from players who graduated but still had remaining eligibility. Four of them were B1G players. They were not included among the total of 96.
