Thanks to a huge turnout at Penn State’s Blue-White Game on Saturday, the B1G had some of the highest spring turnouts of the year.
71,000 Nittany Lion fans made their way to Beaver Stadium, the third-highest total in the B1G and the fourth-most in the country. Fellow conference teams Ohio State (80,134) and Nebraska (78,312) ranked No. 1 and No. 2 overall.
Michigan’s attendance ranked seventh.
Here were the final attendance figures following Saturday’s spring games from Pick Six Previews:
Spring Game Attendance:
80,134- Ohio St
78,312- Nebraska
74,326- Bama
71,000- PSU

Three SEC teams (Alabama, Georgia and Florida) were in the top eight, along with defending national champion Clemson, who had the sixth-best turnout this year.
Any thought that the B1G had branding issues was squashed with the impressive turnout numbers in April.
