Well, which sport in particular? If we included both basketball and football from one school and asked which programs are the best in the country, who would you say they are?

Daniel Wilco of ncaa.com made a list of the top 16 schools over the course of college basketball and college football history and two Big Ten teams made his list. How did Wilco decide?
He based it solely on winning percentages. This is a list made based off of facts. Not opinion:

There are certainly some surprises on here. Western Kentucky tied for fourth and is ahead of Ohio State and Michigan State? Interesting.
The Buckeyes and Spartans are the lone two B1G teams represented on this list at No. 6 and 14, respectively.
