The public health crisis may have stopped the NCAA Tournament from being played in 2020, but it’s not going to stop us from looking ahead to March Madness in 2021. ESPN’s Joe Lunardi has already released his way-too-early Bracketology for next season.

After a stellar year for the conference, the B1G was expected to land 10 or 11 teams in the NCAA Tournament, most of any league in college basketball. And the early good news for fans of the B1G is that Lunardi is expecting similar results next season.

Obviously, with the NBA Draft decisions still being made between now and June 3, there could be some changes to these projections. But Lunardi anticipates the B1G to have 10 teams in the field next season, three more than any other conference.

Here are the 10 teams Lunardi has in his field and where they’re seeded:

  • No. 3 seed: Michigan State
  • No. 3 seed: Wisconsin
  • No. 3 seed: Iowa
  • No. 5 seed: Michigan
  • No. 5 seed: Ohio State
  • No. 7 seed: Rutgers
  • No. 7 seed: Indiana
  • No. 8 seed: Illinois
  • No. 8 seed: Purdue
  • No. 10 seed: Maryland
